Our mission is to improve quality healthcare in Southeastern Colorado by providing services to students, healthcare professionals, and the community. 

Southeastern Colorado Area Health Education Center (SECAHEC) can provide you with the necessary oral health information.

Southeastern Colorado AHEC offers the "Save Our Smiles" program as an initiative of the Delta Dental of Colorado Foundation and the National Association of Hispanic Nurses to educate families in southeastern Colorado. 

The focus is to emphasize the importance of caring for your teeth, limiting sugary drinks, brushing teeth for 2 minutes, and floss every day to prevent gum disease. A core belief is that dental disease is 100% preventable. Efforts to improve oral health will result in a healthier Colorado overall. Call us to learn more.
